Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the most senior executive within the company and will work closely with the UK Chairman, Group Chief Executive (JN Group), and UK Board. The successful candidate will lead the executive team, formulate and implement the agreed long-term plan for the bank from a successful launch to sustained profitability. Key objectives are to grow and develop the organisation from start-up, build a solid and stable platform that will ensure substantial profitability and significant market standing. The CEO will apply sector experience that will make a real difference to the future of the organisation and critical oversight to establish an ethical and respected business. This significant role offers a rare opportunity in the UK banking sector with an unrestricted license and a highly differentiated international element. This role is subject to approval under the SMCR and the appointee will be required to attain the SMF1 designation.
