Overview
Fast paced role within a large firm based in Manchester City Centre, a great workplace environment and ability to learn, progress & suceed. Client Details A globally recognised law firm based in Manchester City Centre, looking to fill a new role created responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of the workplace within the Facilities Department Description The person holding this position will be the lead contact for the office and will be highly-visible on a day to day basis whereby they will be seen to be pro-actively managing the workplace and ensuring it is well maintained and efficiently run with a keen focus on service delivery and will report to the workplace manager. Duites will include, but will not be limited to: The daily receiving-in, sorting and despatch of Royal Mail, DX, courier and all other mail deliveries Provision of detailed accounts information to the Finance Department for billing purposes Management and production of E-bibles Negotiate print deadlines, to proactively manage client expectation Stock control and ordering of stationery for the Print and Post room Profile Excellent communication skills Ability to use PC based departmental systems effectively Ability to prioritise workload when dealing with multiple tasks Good attention to detail Highly motivated with a 'can-do' approach towards all tasks Team player Adaptable to work in other areas of Facilities operations Job Offer competitive hourly rategood public transport routespotential for extension
