Page Personnel have an exciting role available for a Workplace Co-Ordinator to join a reputable law firm in Manchester City Centre. This is a newly created role within the business so will be great for someone who wants to put their own stamp on the position Client Details A highly reputable legal firm within Manchester City Centre, who have won numerous awards over the years. Description As a Workplace Co-Ordinator, you will be reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, responsible for: Detailed sorting, distribution and delivery of legal and other company mail; delivery and collection of mail throughout the day from/to all departments Receipt, registering, sending and distribution of faxes Care, operational maintenance and 'first-line' fault finding of any fax machines Ascertaining originators of un-referenced mail by database searches Use of courier services appropriate to business requirements Provision of detailed accounts information to the Finance Department for billing purposes High volume copying, digital print, collating and binding of legal documents, wide format printing, production of CD/DVD's High volume scanning of documents Management and production of E-bibles Having a highly visible presence across the office and well known as the go-to person for all workplace and facilities related items and issues. Regular floor walking, including daily checks of Office Service Centres and Social Hub/Tea Points. Profile To be considered for this role, you must: - Be immediately available for work - Possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written - Have previous experience within a facilities department - Have good working knowledge of MS Office Job Offer £18,000-£20,000 immediate start 6 months contract city centre location
