Overview

If so, then this could be the role for you. We are currently recruiting for a switchboard operator to work for one of our NHS clients in Wakefield. The hours will be 25hrs per week, Mon-Fri4pm until 10pm, with role working on a 3 to 6 months basis. The rate of pay for the role is as follows: 4pm until 8pm: £8.21ph 8pm until 10pm: £11.66 The main duties will reverberate around being the first point of contact, via telephone. This will involve: Transferring the call to the relevant dept/team/person. Answering routine queries. Liaising with healthcare professionals. Inputting confidential information on the inhouse system. The ideal candidate will have undertaken a similar role previously. However, if you are able to work 4pm until 10pm Mon - Fri and have excellent communication skills, then do not hesitate to apply by using the online facility available.
