Opportunity In Public Sector Organisation with Immediate Start Your new company My Client collaborate with customers and partners across the health and social care system to manage, analyse, and improve performance and enable our customers to achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients and populations. Your new role You will provide procurement advice, assistance and guidance to customers to create specifications that will deliver high quality, innovative services through procurement processes and timescales that comply with all guidance. Responsible for developing quality relationships with all customers based on high levels of professional expertise and value for money by providing strategic direction, leadership and implementation of all systems and procedures to meet best practice standards relating to procurement and market management. What you'll need to succeed Studying towards or full Member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (MCIPS). Experience of working at a senior level in a specialist area, with specialist procurement knowledge underpinned by theory Experience of leading and motivating a team and reviewing the performance of individuals Developed communication skills for delivering key messages to stakeholders, often at very senior level Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated with the ability to move between details and the bigger picture Knowledge of relevant procurement and contract law and in particular, public sector governance requirements What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
