Job Description

As an NMP for Change Grow Live, you will work with people who use our services, helping them to get to where they want to be! An opportunity has arisen for a non-medical prescriber to work within our fully integrated service in Reading. CGL Readingis a fully integrated service responsible for delivering a range of interventions for Adults and we are currently seeking an NMP to join our passionate and dedicated team. The post holders will be an integral part of the team delivering comprehensive clinical services across Reading, providing clinical sessions in our core sites you will be responsible for delivering excellent care for service users affected by substance misuse issues. Supervised by The Lead Consultant you will have an excellent understanding of the needs of service users along with excellent communication skills.
