Overview
Piper Maddox are currently with the market leader in EV Charging who are looking to add a Network Expansion Manager to their growing division. This pivotal role will involve liaising with the legal, installation and asset departments to ensure the continuing development of the UK's largest charging network. This is a unique position to be at the forefront of the biggest change in the automotive industry. Key responsibilities: Ensuring the development of the UK's largest network through managing hosting contracts, project managing the rollout of fast chargers and overall network planning. Accountable for defining and negotiating commercial and legal terms with host locations. Managing the investment process with by creating economic evaluations based on customer and financial data. Manage any property related queries and enquiries from existing and new installations, leading post project appraisals. Knowledge & Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in assets related activities within: property management, construction project management, negotiating and contracting related activities. An understanding of EV infrastructure. Extensive experience negotiating contracts with groups and companies for asset related activities. Property experience managing leases, licence, rates and property dispute resolutions Commercial background with an understanding of DCF evaluations Experience in evaluating contracts and defining commercial propositions.
