A four star hotel in the Leeds region of West Yorkshire is recruiting for a Chef de Partie Role: A multi-outlet, modern hotel is currently seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to the team of 12 chefs working in the kitchen.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be creating modern British dishes for the 100 cover restaurant as well as for the conference and banqueting department that can host sit down events for up to 150 covers.This is a great opportunity to join a stable team of chefs in a role where you will continue learning through the ongoing training scheme in place. Requirements: The Head Chef is seeking a chef who has already been working at Chef de Partie with experience of working in good quality, fresh food kitchens.The ability to adapt to different menus and cooking styles in a multi-outlet dining venue would be ideal.
