A high volume, Pan Asian restaurant in Leeds is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen Role: A fast paced, modern Pan Asian restaurant is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the large team in the kitchen.In this role you will receive training to make sure that you can work to the company standards when cooking with high quality, authentic ingredients to create a wide range of dishes.This is a popular venue serving up to 200 covers on the busiest nights as well as having private dining rooms for small events, as a result you will be expected to work well under pressure in a fast paced kitchen.The role can offer an ambitious chef who wants to prove themselves plenty of options to continue progressing within the company. Requirements: All Chef de Parties applying for this role should have been working in high volume, dining establishments ideally where you were cooking some Pan Asian dishes although this is not essential as you will be trained.The ability to work with fresh ingredients whilst working to company spec sheets to ensure you consistently hit the standards expected at the venue is essential.
