Overview
Our client based in Northampton is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join on a permanent basis. As Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for dealing with telephone based customer enquiries, taking down client information, assessing their needs and directing to the relevant teams for assistance, booking clients appointments, providing estimates for service and following up with customers to secure their business. To be considered for this Customer Service Executive role you will have perhaps been involved in upselling in a customer service environment where you are experienced in identifying needs and leads ideally within a professional services environment such as banking, estate agency or similar. You will have exceptional customer service & communication skills. This is a full time permanent Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm position.
