Your new company. A vibrant, growing niche luxury FMCG business in the Richmond Upon Thames area, are recruiting for a Senior FP&A Manager. Reporting to a passionate Finance Director, you will be based in smart corporate offices, working in a fast paced friendly team. As the Commercial FP&A Manager, you will have a varied job and business critical role. You will business partner with sales, marketing and operational staff, influence decision making and resource management. You will be fundamental to business strategy, long term and short term. Sensitivity analysis and project work. You will be responsible for business intelligence and MI reporting, via brands and customer groups. Production of the management packs and commentaries, cash flow analysis and reporting. Financial analysis and financial modelling. You will also managed 2 members of staff, What you'll need to succeed. You will be an ambitious, commercial, ACCA, ACA OR CIMA qualified FP&A Manager, with ideally retail, manufacturing or FMCG experience. You will have strong financial analysis, management accounting and business partnering What you'll get in return. A salary level of £60,000, plus bonus, flexibility re start and finish times.
