The Role The firm is looking to hire a Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor to join their expanding team, based in Notting Hill, London. You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department and help drive forward the firm in maintaining and establishing a strong client base of new clients for the firm. This team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join. The caseload will consist of commercial leas and lease renewals, acquisition and sale of commercial premises, rent reviews, dilapidation and planning issues, property related joint venture agreements, site acquisitions. This role comes with good prospects and career development. Requirements You will be a Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE) You will be able to competently run a varied commercial property caseload Experience managing a team and in business development is desired This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential / Commercial Property Associate to join a very well-respected practice.
