Chadwick Nott is working with a local authority based in Middlesex who require a Planning Locum to join them at short notice for 3-6 months. The Role; Assisting a busy local government team and dealing with planning legal work on a large scale Handling complex and standard planning agreements such as s Compulsory purchase orders Planning Enforcement Notices General Planning Advice Planning Committees You will be a Qualified Solicitor / Barrister with a current practising certificate. Our client is seeking an experienced planning solicitor to join them at short notice and to work in their friendly and busy legal team. You will have at least 5 years post qualification experience and offer expert advice in planning law. A competitive hourly rate is on offer and remote working for one day per week is available.
