Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join a highly regarded firm in a well-connected area of South East London. This senior Associate level role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Your New Role The firm attracts interesting, high quality work, most of which is high value with international elements. The Commercial Litigation Associate will undertake a varied caseload of matters including: Contract disputes Shareholder disputes Employment disputes Property disputes Contentious probate You will work closely with the firm's renowned Commercial Litigation Partner and manage a small team of a Solicitor & Paralegal. You will have a high level of responsibility and will have influence over key decisions that affect the direction, culture and growth of the team and wider firm. About You Joining the team at a Senior Associate level, your application should demonstrate: 5 years of PQE Excellent knowledge of commercial disputes Some experience of contentious probate desirable Benefits The Commercial Litigator can expect a salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum , dependent on experience.
