Intellectual Property Solicitor / Associate
Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to join a national law firm located in the heart of Dundee city centre. The well-regarded Intellectual Property Team seeks to recruit an additional solicitor or associate into the busy department. You will be working within one of the best and most experienced intellectual property teams in the country with a wealth of knowledge and experience of the key sectors in the Scottish economy. Your role will involve a wide variety of duties including advising on commercial contracts, data protection and intellectual property rights for clients in both the public and private sectors and within a wide variety of clients across many industries. This is an excellent team within which to hone your technical skills while enjoying a great work-life balance. The team ideally seeks a candidate with previous experience in all areas detailed above. Applications will be welcomed from solicitors with minimum experience on the above but you must have strong commercial skills and be keen to move into this area. You must have at least 2.5 years of PQE. My client offers a collegiate working environment and stresses the importance of a good work-life balance. Agile working is encouraged.
