Overview
Are you looking to, or currently studying CICM and want support? I am currently seeking Credit Controller based in the South West area of London. This is a newly created role in a team of progressive Credit Controllers all on the same mission, to develop and grow professionally whilst hitting those targets Sitting with the wider Finance team, reporting directly to the Credit Manager and FD. What is the role? Managing own ledger of 700 Working to monthly and annual targets for Cash Collection, Debt Reduction and Unapplied Cash Processing new account applications Continuous Credit checking of all customers within ledger, new and old Chasing overdue debts in the UK and oversees by phone, email & letter in accordance with Company Credit Policy. Managing and releasing Customer Orders from Held status Supporting Sales teams, regarding accounts and status Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices Liaising with the Sales and Customer Service teams on credit control issues Sending statements pdf & Excel, reminder letters & copy documents to customers. Negotiating Payment Plans, coding Customer Card and informing Credit Manager Escalating accounts deemed a risk to Credit Manager What are we looking for? Must have experience with negotiation payment plans Setting up direct debits Either studying CICM or keen to Retail experience Debit note experience Strong Excel skills are a must If you feel this could be the ideal role for you, and you have the relevant experience required, please apply with your most up to date CV.
