Robert Walters are working with a fantastic business that due to a period of continued growth are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Finance manager. This is a newly created role reporting directly into the finance director and will be focusing on the commercial support to the business. Delivering the continued year on year improvement from sales down to contribution. This is a newly created role reporting directly into the finance director and will be focusing on the commercial support to the business. Delivering the continued year on year improvement from sales down to contribution. Key responsibilities Establish & deliver routine analysis and reporting on KPI's and trends, providing sound commercial insight to the wider business to drive improved commercial performance and forecasting accuracy Further establish and enhance our Power BI reporting to increase automation, data visibility and usability Manage the annual budget and quarterly reforecast process Build robust financial models for both routine reforecasting and on an ad hoc basis to support the wider business with improved decision making and commercial performance Ad-hoc analysis projects to support and drive key strategic initiatives within the business Business partnering between finance, commercial and supply chain The successful candidate with be qualified accountant CIMA, ACA or ACCA. A strong commercial focus or strong FP&A experience is desirable. This role requires someone with a highly driven and self-motivated attitude that can focus on results and always investigate proactively trying to find a better way.
