Overview
Nonstop Consulting is working with an instantly recognisable hospitality business who require a talented Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner on a long term interim basis. Working closely with both finance and non-finance; you must have excellent stakeholder management skills and have a real opportunity to add commercial value in addition to oversight of reporting. Main Responsibilities: Act as business partner to various central budget holders, including the various Financial Controller and Finance Directors Budgeting and forecasting, budget analysis Scenario modelling for M&A activity and due diligence processes Responsible for various central and hotel balance sheet accounts Assist with the wider reporting team on delivering the monthly close activity Ensure that monthly results are communicated effectively to senior leadership and the MD's in the business Managing and coaching an assistant management accountant Review and develop systems and processes, helping drive change and growth Providing guidance for the reporting team as required with variance analysis and other ad hoc work Requirements: Recently qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
