Like what you hear? Then read on… The IT / Systems team at BNP Paribas Personal Finance are currently a Project Support Officer to join their established team. Within the department you will be welcomed into a wider team of around 70 colleagues, 6-8 of whom will be in your immediate project teams. Job Purpose To assist the IT Governance area in ensuring the Project teams are following the correct governance and processes in line with group policy. To assist the IT department to deliver documentation and assets as per policies and procedures. This will include but is not limited to: administration, stakeholder management and communicating with internal departments Your Key Responsibilities will include: Assisting in planning and arranging meetings Creating agendas and take meeting notes; publishing these in a timely and accurate manner Creating and update policy documents for both the IT Function and Projects Preparing status reports, specialist reports and exception reports as necessary Supporting the Department in ensuring conformity to audit/compliance policies Ensuring the teams are working to the correct project management standards and support training to IT team on the methodology Managing the upkeep and accuracy of the IT Portfolio plan and Capacity plans; working closely with Head of IT Governance and ADM team. Working alongside key stakeholders, adapting the approach as required to deal with changing circumstances Communicating effectively internally within the project, as well as with other key stakeholders within BNP Paribas PF UK and at wider group level Could this be you? Here's what else we're looking for: - Leadership skills - the ability to drive others - Previous experience of completing documents at various depths - Excellent stakeholder management skills- including at a senior level - Previous experience of delivering detailed documentation as well as high level executive summaries - Awareness and understanding of Governance - Delivery focused / results driven - Strong interpersonal skills - Accurate, thorough and well organised - Effective problem solving skills - Experience of using Microsoft Project, Visio and SharePoint would be desirable - Awareness and understanding of Governance Our culture We understand that next step in your career journey is an important one.
