Graduate Calibre Business/Project Support Assistant for High-profile Tech

I have an incredible opportunity for a Business/Project Support Assistant to support a Charismatic and highly engaged Global Head of Operations with additional support to the high-octane performing founder. The role is based in a beautiful rural location near Solihull. This role is ideal for graduate calibre individual with an exceptional organisational ability that is keen to utilise their PA and Business support skills into a more project-based client on-boarding role. The successful candidate will be adept at handling constantly moving priorities and can pre-empt and plan ahead for changing demands. Working in a close-knit team leveraging off each other to achieve business goals and mutually support throughout. There is no room for ivory towers in this role You will support with CRM systems, client on-boarding and reporting. In addition, you will manage diaries and be an essential "go-to". You will organise events, manage projects from inception to completion. This role can be as involved and as wide a the successful applicant desires. You will exude pro-activity, creativity and be a shrewd taskmaster. You will be able to work to a very high standard delivering support in an innovative and highly bespoke service based environment. Applicants will be of graduate calibre with experience of supporting clients with regard to on-boarding and sales support. You will have experience of being part of a project-based process and be able to evidence strong PA competence.
