Overview

A Engineering Project Coordinator is required with experience of supporting manufacturing and production by coordinating with all functions of the product development team and ensuring project milestones are met and documented accurately. Contract position initially with the potential for it to turn in to a permanent role, The role of Engineering Project Coordinator will consist of: Liaising with production, design office, and customers. Managing engineering change requests and ensuring actions are completed in a timely manner. Communication with customers as to engineering change orders and time frames. Conduct daily/weekly meetings to run through ongoing projects involving all key personnel. Updating project files with latest CAD designs. Update Bill of Materials. Progress chasing and liaison with customer and project stakeholder. The suitable candidate for Engineering Project Coordinator will need to possess the following skills/experience: Engineering change management/administration. Strong communication and excellent administration skills. Experienced Project Coordinator/Administrator. Engineering skills are not required for this role but experience working for an engineering/manufacturing company is essential.
