Overview
RattrayParkin are exclusively partnered with a growing business which provide specialist management information services to SMEs. As the next step in their exciting journey we are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to lead expansion into London. As part of this unique role you will be managing your own clients in a variety of sectors becoming an integral part of each business that you work with. Initially you will help to grow it in the same way that the MD has grown the successful Midlands business so you will be involved with networking, business development and recruitment as well as managing clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to own your business, within a proven model, without the risk of doing it on your own The successful candidate will be given 10% equity for free after passing probation with a devised plan to increase that over a 4 year period so that this business will become yours over time. There is also long-term scope to grow a team underneath you. Its important you have easy access to Central London as this is where target clients will be located. There will be a split of working from home and client site with a preference for client site as this will be an important way of growing/maintaining key client relationships. Communication and interpersonal skills are absolutely paramount as you will be working with many different people, businesses and industries at any one time Key Responsibilities: Monthly Accounts Cashflow Management Budgeting & Forecasting KPIs Margin Analysis Grow and maintain key client accounts Networking and Business Development (Prior experience is not required, just desire to learn as you will be guided by the MD who is very experience in this space) Assist with future recruitment of the London business About you: Qualified or Qualified by Experience - We are more interested in whether you can demonstrate you have made a real difference through numbers at your business or client(s) businesses.
