Take the next step and advance your career by applying Clinical Application Specialist: Due to outstanding growth in the UK and Ireland, the company is seeking to recruit a Clinical Application Specialist based in London covering the whole of the UK. Your Role: - Providing technical support for current and future instruments and related projects at customer sites - Developing GMP compliant cell and gene therapy processes using company Instruments and products - Responding quickly and efficiently to customer application needs - Identifying and developing new customers and applications - Training and support of new customers or new applications with current customers - Supporting the UK Clinical Account Managers in demonstrating new processes to new and existing customers - Maintaining an excellent working relationship with technical support and R&D teams at HQ - Developing custom processes on the devices as per customer requirements. The ideal candidate: - Holds a BSc/MSc or PhD, preferably Cell Biology, Immunology or a related field, with a strong scientific grounding in regenerative medicine, cellular therapy or bioprocess. - Proven laboratory experience within academia, NHS, biotech, CRO/CMO or pharmaceutical organisation - Cell culture/cell handling experience and working knowledge of flow cytometry essential. GMP knowledge very desirable. - Affinity for programming or basic programming skills very desirable (eg experience of Matlab) - Works well alone or as part of a team and displays good business acumen - Confident with presenting 1-to-1 or to large groups - Flexibility and high willingness to travel - Beyond your background, your personality will make the difference.
