Overview

We are working with an innovative and growing commercial property management company looking to expand their team following a recent re-structure within the business. While some companies in the property sector are stuck in their ways, we are working with a client who have a strong track record of adapting to changing times within the sector and leading from the front. Following recent growth, as well as maintaining their existing clients, our client is looking for a Credit Controller to support their client accounting team, ensuring the division is performing as efficiently as possible. The key duties for the role will be a mixture of customer service, technical and data focus. However the general duties will include: Focus will be on the collections on behalf of a large scale client, who you will visit on a bi-weekly basis You will be tasked with hitting targets for collecting outstanding balances within a week of the due date Liaising with the team leader within accounts and Surveyors to ensure tight control over any potential issues regarding tenants Monitor payment plans for tenants ensuring they adhere to the agreements made Compiling aged debtor and collection reports on a regular basis Support the wider team when necessary within the Cashiering team This role is looking for somebody with the ability to work well within a team, ensuring good communication is being maintained at all times.
