Clinical Care Mentor Permanent, Full-Time £35,000-£45,000 Are you a highly experienced nurse who has had exposure to working within private healthcare, possesses a commercial mindset and is looking to take the next step in your career? Bionical Solutions are currently working on behalf of a client who is looking for a Clinical Care Mentor to join their team on a permanent basis, to support live in carers in the private sector who provide care for individuals with life-changing injuries and conditions. As the Clinical Care Mentor you will be ensuring quality, compliance and an excellent customer service is being delivered by the carers at all times. Responsibilities of the Clinical Care Mentor include: Managing a small caseload of clients as well as the care staff team Responsible for ensuring that there is capacity at all times for clients to receive the upmost level of service Plan and supervise high-quality care for your caseload of clients Ensuring quality of care, compliance and safety at all times Responsible for making sure KPI's are met consistently in regards to care plans and risk assessments Go out in the community to meet your client caseload, complete spot checks and ensure the care team are supported with any queries Provide mentorship, supervision and education support to the care team Experience and qualifications needed for the Clinical Care Manager position: Registered Nurse (Essential) Awareness of practices and guidelines (Essential) Previous experience within the private healthcare sector (Essential) Consistent in meeting essential KPI's (Essential) If you put patients first in everything you do and want to make a positive difference to people, then we'd love to hear from you.
