Our client is a luxurious brand, specialising within the serviced office sector with stunning venues across the City. They are a market leading organisation who pride themselves on their service delivery. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a switched-on and focussed candidate to join their sales team as a Sales Administrator and PA to the divisional Director. This is an amazing role that will offer huge potential for candidates to develop and make this role their own. Supporting the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks which will include: Managing multiple inboxes Updating the CRM Systems with key information Diary Management Creating client emails Creating quotes Assisting with sales reports Invoicing Producing sales presentations Ideally candidates who apply for this position must have good experience working within fast paced environment and supporting busy teams/have the ability to handle and juggle several projects at any one time.
