Toyota are currently offering a fantastic new opportunity for an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our business based out of our Bromley dealership. As an Apprentice Parts Advisor , you will get gain a full qualification within Toyota and a career within the Automotive industry. Designed with different learning styles in mind, IMI’s solution ensures apprentices are fully engaged and prepared for the role. This new standard is suited to those looking to work in customer service roles across the automotive industry. This role would suit someone who has an interest in cars and is looking to take their first steps into the automotive industry, or someone who has finished education and are looking for their job role. In your first year your basic will be £9,500 , however after passing the first year and end point assessment it goes up to £13,500 - £15,600. After you have then passed your bronze level which can take anywhere from 6-12 months you jump up to £20,000 plus bonus About the role Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously on an inbound and outbound basis Attend the Toyota training academy Learn from the other Parts/Service advisers Deliver great customer service Learn and develop your customer service & sales skills After you qualify…. Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using proper catalogue for vehicles Parts returns to Toyota and Lexus Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously on an inbound and outbound basis Updating customers about back-ordered parts and late deliveries Examine returned parts for defects, and exchange defective parts or refund money Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available The position requires the ability to communicate and work closely and efficiently with others in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment Work closely with management to learn and to develop the best practices and procedures and find ways in which to increase productivity Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service Let our customers know of new or current deals Liaise with the service department to make sure that part delay times are at a minimum Speak to customers over the phone, F2F and by email Your Skills Strong IT skills and attention to detail Must have a GCSE C grade or above in both Maths and English Have the desire to be successful Want a career within the Automotive industry Problem solving and self-organisation skills Good communication skills, both oral and written Work well independently and as part of a team What We Offer Excellent basic salary and bonus on completion Toyota training pushing you through the ranks Modern work environment with top facilities Real career progression based around your aspirations Market leading benefits including healthcare, pension, childcare and company lease scheme About Us Jemca Car Group is one of the UKs largest Toyota and Lexus dealerships, employing over 500 employees across sites in Greater London and Thames Valley.
