ER/HR Advisor - £33,000 to £35,000 - 12 Month FTC- Based High Wycombe (Loudwater) Your new company An organisation who are one of the leading specialists in their field. Providing continuously improving services and procedures to over 2 million service users Your new role An experienced Employee Relations Advisor is required for a 12 month fixed term contract, supporting all Business Managers across the business and managing complex ER cases and coaching and educating Managers in ER best practice . What you'll need to succeed You'll have a strong understanding of UK Employment Law and how to apply in a commercial environment .
