Overview
Oakleaf Partnership is working with a leading Investment Bank in their search for an HR Systems Analyst. This individual will sit as part of the HR Systems team, supporting the daily running of Workday throughout the company. The key responsibilities of the role include: SME and point of contact for all relating to modules (including but not limited to) HCM, Recruitment, Learning, Absence, Performance etc. Support across Workday upgrades Build strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the business Adhoc MI reporting Assist with multiple projects across a variety of modules The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Broad experience of Workday functionality Experience of multiple Workday modules Effective communicator Good at organising and managing own workload Experience dealing with generating reports and dealing with complex queries To be considered, please apply accordingly.
