Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a multinational accountancy firm; they are looking for an ER Case Manager with case management experience. This is an integral role, working closely with the relevant business lines as well as various senior stakeholders relating to projects. Accountabilities include: Provide sound and pragmatic advice and support to managers/counsellors up to and including Partner level, including those overseas, on complex employee relations issues. End to end management of cases will include, but not be limited to, attendance and participation at formal meetings, investigations, drafting/reviewing all correspondence and providing advice, guidance and solutions based on best practice and in line with business needs. Analyse and assess the risks associated with individual cases, including the impact on the individual, team and wider business, consulting with the Employee Relations Team as appropriate. Manage relationships with stakeholders by setting expectations, communicating status, analysing issues, responding to concerns and providing support throughout the process by applying commercial and pragmatic thought to available solutions. As this is a senior role, they are looking for someone with a HR qualification, ideally CIPD qualified. You must also have strong data skills and be very comfortable within Excel.
