Overview
Due to continued growth and contract wins my client has an exciting opportunity for a Building Cleaner based in South Croydon. This is a mobile position and thus you will be expected to hold a full UK/EU or international driving licence. The successful candidates will be part of team of Exterior Building Cleaners, where you will travel across parts of London and the South to support their sites. In return above market rates of pay for the successful candidates. What we are looking for: Cleaning of commercial cladding, facades and windows using water-fed poles, pressure washers, softwashing and steam cleaning as appropriate Cleaning of mainly commercial properties with some residential cleaning Solid work ethic and be happy to go the extra mile for clients You will also be reliable and have a keen eye for detail Previous experience within a similar role is essential Communication skills when communicating with clients All applicants should be aware of the physically demanding nature of this role, including but not limited to working at heights and moving heavy plant and equipment Working times 7:00am -5:00pm with an hour for lunch overtime when the business needs it.
