In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits About our Financial Delivery Manager role: This is a professional position where you will be responsible for providing a high level of technical and operational support within a small team environment. Being the conduit between the client facing IFA and research/administration team, you will standardise and maximise the effectiveness their delivery processes across the business. You will be required to liaise with clients, internal staff and product providers. You must have the ability to utilize critical thinking skills, work within a team, and anticipate client questions/needs and create a process that reflects those needs. What will you be doing as a Financial Delivery Manager? - Accountable for creating exceptional client experiences, being responsible for measurable ongoing improvement - Identify and map out all client journey touchpoints, in line with personalised financial plans - Ensure service level agreements are being met, focussing on quality of delivery and timescales adhered to - Proactive communication with clients so they always know what to expect and actions they need to complete - Design, implement and manage a client feedback and referral system - Researching, testing and recommending tech based solutions to improve and drive client engagement - Research and recommend topical subjects important to the audience, working with the marketing team to implement initiatives - Be the conduit between the client facing and operational teams in the firm - Optimise internal systems and processes, managing the team’s time spent on client facing, research, administration and compliance activities - Gather data to identify how well every area of the business is functioning, providing insight reports to the MD - Make recommendations to the MD for improvements and being responsible for implementing agreed initiatives Our ideal Financial Delivery Manager - Qualified candidates will be detail oriented, structured and have a high degree of follow through - B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university preferably in financial planning, business, finance, economics, etc. - Working knowledge of the UK financial sector and financial products available - Must be a self-starter, problem solver and a goal-oriented team player with a ‘no job is beneath me’ attitude - Organized, with a strong attention to detail - Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently - Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint If you would like to hear more about out Financial Delivery Manager role then please click “ Apply ” now We’d love to hear from you.
