Overview
Leading International Investment Banking and Advisory boutique, based in Mayfair, is seeking a highly polished, articulate and professional EA to support their Co-Head of Corporate Finance and senior members of his team. This involving and varied role will act as a true Gate-Keeper, building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing hectic schedules and organisation of complex international travel and meeting arrangements. You will also be involved in organising high profile events and divisional projects. You will possess a high standard of education, preferably Degree level, and a steady PA / EA track record gained within the Investment Banking or Financial Markets sector as well as first class communication and inter-personal skills. This exciting opportunity would suit an intelligent well organised individual who has bags of energy and enjoys a busy and varied role where you will be working alongside other PAs in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Due to the current Coronavirus crisis interviews and meetings will be conducted by telephone and video during the time of restricted movement.
