Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast- growing global company at their offices in Northampton within their customer service team. Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator Monday to Friday 08.45am – 5pm to carry out the following day to day duties: The role Taking incoming customer queries and complaints by phone and email regarding products and equipment. Providing excellent customer service and responding within set time frames Gathering detailed information regarding the nature of the issue, using fault diagnosis to assist where necessary and after relevant training Log and progress the customer complaint through to resolution. Question to identify root cause of issue, coordinate with other departments and feedback to relevant parties to prevent same issues recurring in future Allocating the job to an available engineer ensuring adherence to service level guidelines Ensuring the engineer has all relevant, detailed information regarding the job to ensure resolution of the issue within one visit to the customer Managing the timely and effective flow of work from customer enquiry through to resolution of issue The successful candidate Will have excellent customer service experience within a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within a similar service coordinator role Good organisational and planning skills Excellent verbal and written skills Able to multi-task and prioritise Very good decision making skills Strong sense of urgency Able to work under pressure Benefits to you Opportunity to join a global company with excellent long term career prospects Starting salary of £19,000 Generous pension Subsidised canteen Free parking
