Overview
deverellsmith are working with one of London's coolest and funkiest BTR developers who are on the look out for a skilled multi trader with. The candidate will be required to provide reactive maintenance to a high end, residential Build to Rent scheme in Leeds. Brief overview: Provide various painting & decorating, plumbing & electrical repairs Assist with PPM's and reactive works Assist with record keeping, logs, and monitor and maintenance issues Instruct various third-party contractors Assist with the management of a portfolio of blocks Communicate effectively with residence & colleagues Exercise great customer service attributes The candidate's experiences and qualifications will need to include but are not limited to: Previous experience of working in a similar role Excellent attention to detail Maintain and develop working relationships with tenants and colleagues Understanding of and monitoring of all Health & Safety procedures & risk management Undertake other general duties to assist in a successful team.
