Overview
How will you spend your days? Search for suitable candidates for current clients via headhunting methods and online job boards Qualify candidates for general registration purposes and against specific vacancies Make recommendations to consultants as to the suitability of candidates for specific vacancies Running a team of consultants including reviews, training, hiring etc Working with the area manager to help achieve the goals of the team / branch. Helping to network, winning new clients and growing the brand. Who are you? You will be confident on the phone You will have previous recruitment experience within a Healthcare recruitment position. You will be experienced in running a team of consultants You will be well organised You will be able to multitask So why apply?
