Technical Support Advisor Location: Gloucester Salary: £17,000 Monthly Bonuses This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a busy company based in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will be a driven, personable and organised individual. This individual will have a passion for IT and delivering amazing customer service. This is a full-time, shift-rota based position, which comes with a competitive salary plus bonuses. The role is situated in a fun, fast-paced and extremely friendly office environment. Training programme provided. Technical Support Advisor - The Role Offering customer support via telephone, live web chats and emails. Provide excellent customer care. Provide technical support through multi-channel including social media. Technical Support Advisor - The Candidate Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to learn under pressure in a fast paced environment Self-motivated with the desire to succeed.
