Overview
Our public sector client based in the heart of Bristol are currently sourcing an experienced ServiceNow Administrator/SME/Consultant to provide ServiceNow toolset administration and support services to various parts of the business. For this role we are looking for someone with knowledge of CSM and SIR although the main focus will be on the ITSM aspects and specially the build of service requests. You will need the ability to develop service catalogue requests (forms and workflows), working closely with the internal service catalogue team as well as suppliers to help develop the required solutions. Hands on knowledge of ITSM and ServiceNow is vital when applying for this position. Previous experience working within the public sector will also work in your favour although this is not a necessity. In return, you will have the opportunity to work on a 3 month contract will likelihood of extension. Your day will be based on deliverables and will therefore see a flexible working pattern with the potential for remote working as well. This role will also give you the opportunity to work at a healthy rate, for high profile government organisation, in a role based outside of IR35.
