Head Chef – New opening Salary: £35,000 Location: Birmingham A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Head Chef to lead the brigade at one of Birmingham’s most anticipated new openings The site is unlike any other venue in the area and will be visited by a diverse rage of guests each week. They will have an extensive cocktail range and offer guests a bespoke fresh food menu. We are looking for a chef that: Loves cooking and leading a brigade from the front Passionate about training and developing their team Happy to work closely with the senior management team Strives under pressure and is accustomed to working in a high-volume kitchen Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food Producing menus and new dishes Managing, training and recruiting a brigade of chefs Interested?
