Retailers love them, activation in-store is phenomenal. The relationships are being driven by amazing marketing and category insight lead negotiation. They have a real focus on the healthier snacking market and are bang on trend with consumers. Ecommerce has been a massive success for this business however, the concentration is now the bricks and mortar retail channels hence the requirement for a super NAM to come and lead their highest growth Grocery account base. Their offices are like a tech business, with constant away days and incentives to really drive a positive team culture. They need likeminded people to join their journey and continue the charge. About The Opportunity: Looking after the most visible and fastest-growing accounts in the business this is one of the highest-profile roles in the commercial team. The aim is to triple distribution, this will need a larger support network, so headcount growth is imperative but the support you get from the wider team and mentor programme is huge. If you get this right, then expect rapid progression to senior leadership level. There are plenty of examples of this. You will be working alongside the Directors of the business daily, receiving first-class mentoring in a constantly moving beast which will allow for no slowing down. Cross-functional support will also be needed and input into the wider retailer strategy will be a key part of this role. Sounding good so far? About You: We're looking for someone with prior experience of National Accounts from food, beverages & consumer product backgrounds. Other helpful experience would be: Previous P&L responsibility and exposure Delivering the Account Business Plan with customers Establish regular contact with key customers to maximise business opportunities with the account/s (e.g. buyers, category managers, operations, stock controllers) Lead in-store activity monitor competitors and ensure that all forecasting and administration is up to date and accurate Examples of where you have gone above and beyond to get stuff done.
