Overview
A specialist consultancy based in the surrounding Oxford area are expand and seeking an experienced Senior Planner to come on board and work towards a shared goal of continuing to develop and grow the business. This tailored consultancy offer services on a variety of projects within development, real estate and land they offer specialist knowledge and advice. As Senior Planner you will be managing your own workload, developing new business leads as well and liaising with existing clients on a mixture of projects including strategic land development and promotion. Within the role of Senior Planner you will be offering advice and consultation to clients using your strong negotiation and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to bring their in-depth experience and enthusiasm to the role of Senior Planner along with the ability to manage projects from beginning though to competition and delivering a high level of service to clients.
