Overview
A top international UK firm is looking to hire a junior Commercial Associate to focus predominantly on Gambling work. The Team: The Commercial department is split into sector-focused sub-groups and this Gambling role sits within the Media, Entertainment and Sports team. The Role: In this Commercial (Gambling) role, your work will focus predominantly on gambling work, including advising on gambling regulations, carrying out licensing work and drafting commercial (tech and media) contracts. You will also work on some sports and media broadcasting contract matters, including sponsorship, media rights and data rights deals. Requirements: To be successful in this Commercial (Gambling) role, you will have an excellent academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree) and have very good commercial contracts experience. An understanding of gambling regulation would be advantageous. This role is open to associates from both private practice and in-house.
