Overview
HR Business Partner We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR professional to join a friendly and inclusive team in this brand new, generalist and project-based HR role. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will run various HR initiatives and projects, take responsibility for a small group of employees and lead the entire employee lifecycle. This is a very varied role and so you must be adaptable and able to manage your workload accordingly. HR Business Partner Responsibilities As the HR Business Partner, your duties will include: - Taking ownership of the full employee lifecycle - Overseeing change management and engagement projects - Leading on recruitment and retention initiatives - Managing employee relations - Providing generalist HR support company wide - Managing the HR team HR Business Partner Experience The HR Business Partner will have previous HR generalist experience, specifically HR projects, employee relations, policy implementation and recruitment. In order to be successful in this role you will be able to remain calm under pressure and you will have excellent communication skills. You will ideally be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
