Working closely with a highly engaging Group FD, this role will suit an experienced, commercially astute, qualified finance professional who has particularly strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders as well as having a 'hands-on’ mentality. If you share a commercial drive and want to see tangible, life-changing results from your work, read on Given the nature of the sector and non-finance contacts you will be partnering with, you will need to be able to effectively explain financial information and have an investigative approach and commercial acumen. Reporting into the Financial Controller/Group FD, this role will focus on developing forecasting models, delivering insightful and accurate information as well as supporting with strategic decisions. As the successful candidate you will take responsibility for all commercial modelling to produce revenue reports, drive continuous improvement in planning, month end and reporting processes. Given the level of this post, you will support the Senior Leadership Team with the creation of a high-performance culture. You will also need strong financial systems experience and advanced Excel knowledge.
