Overview
My client are a high end residential developer who are seeking a new build conveyancer to join their in house sales team to be based at their stunning head offices in West London You will be dealing with the purchase from reservation to legal completion and will need good knowledge of the help to buy scheme in order to be successful within this role You will need to supervise the sales team and be in constant contact with both the customer and their legal representatives. Working directly under the Senior Sales Manager & or Senior management team you will need to ensure that you are able to keep up with the pace in an ever-changing & fast paced environment. There is a permanent role up for grabs at the end of a short term temporary contract so there is a good chance of a long lasting career within a replicable business In order to be successful within this role you will need to have worked as a sales progressor for a housing developer or have new build conveyancing experience.
