Our Clients have the unique opportunity to choose from our legendary bespoke tailoring, an exceptional Made-to-Measure service and our sophisticated Ready-to-Wear collection that features refined business suiting and stylish weekend wear. Overview of Role The Made-to-Measure Coordinator is required to deliver exceptional, prompt and professional communication, both verbal and written, whilst maintaining accurate records and managing the department’s daily operations within expected timeframes. This person is also to act as an ambassador of the Gieves and Hawkes brand at all times, helping the growth and success of the Made-to-Measure Department, and delivering support to the Made-to-Measure sales team at all times. Main Responsibilities Manage MTM emails – answer queries, escalate issues, Manage MTM calls – answer queries Manage MTM Consultant diaries – book appointments, allocate administration time Manage critical path from delivery of garments through to collection Oversee alterations and repairs – ensure completed within set timeframes Notify the clients throughout the MTM process in a timely and professional manner Fully understand the MTM service, to support team, when necessary Determine the needs of the client quickly and politely and deliver supportive advice. Have the confidence to say ‘no’ if necessary and guide the client to a better solution. Support the store in taking every opportunity to promote the MTM service, including attending events/networking Speak to Colleagues and Clients with courtesy and respect. Handle any complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating to Line Manager where appropriate Build productive trusting relations with Colleagues and Clients Respond positively to coaching feedback from the Manager and ensure that it is implemented. Execute sales/orders on till system accurately following company procedures Adhere to GDPR when storing Client data Maintain a high level of personal presentation in line with company dress code, as well as good personal hygiene and grooming standards. Carry out hospitality requirements for all No.1 clients – maintain standards in the bar area and MTM/Bespoke suite Ensure the MTM stockroom standards are maintained Support with MTM stock audits Adhere to store scheduling, arrive to store ahead of shift, ready to start work at set time Support other instore Coordinators – provide lunch/holiday/day off cover, help with heavy workload when necessary Participate in meetings in a positive and professional manner Key Performance Indicators Customer satisfaction/minimise complaints Critical path completion Emails and calls managed within a 24-hour period Controls in place, garments managed effectively Achievement of Department Target Customer Relationship Management – increase in repeat custom/increase in new custom Requirements Exceptional organisation skills Able to manage a busy department and work to a deadline/within timeframes Exceptional communicator both verbally and written Genuine interest in men’s tailoring Numerical Competent with Word, Outlook and Excel Additional languages would be ideal although not essential If you think you would be a good match for this role, apply below.
