Great opportunity to join organisation as a Clinical Team Lead who are building on their successful business in Dublin, Ireland. Working in a new and exciting team. The Clinical Team Leads are Operational Managers who report into the Head of Department with responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high quality Case and Claims Handling services for customers. Ensuring the organisation operates effectively and can deliver an exceptional customer experience. Successful applicants will come from either a clinical or operational background and will be able to demonstrate skills and experience in leadership and coaching (team of circa 10 direct reports), operational management experience from an insurance, medical, malpractice or other regulated environment. Resource planning, productivity management. Change management and third party service delivery. Whilst operational / managerial experience is key, applications will also be considered from those candidates with medical or dental backgrounds who can also demonstrate some operational skills & experience.
