Excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor with residential property experience looking to join a growing, family-run business who are experts in their field offering training and development in a long-term, highly lucrative career opportunity. This rapidly expanding company are known for their quality of service across numerous high-end residential projects, providing a variety of services including building surveying, valuation and both project and property management. Due to a number of new projects, they now require a Building Surveyor to help them meet their business demands. In this role you will conduct full residential building surveys throughout London and Surrey, while also completing red book valuations for a range of clients. You will work autonomously on a range of high-end projects, managing both full-scale projects and property portfolio's. The ideal candidate will have a RICS-accredited degree, and either be chartered, or be progressing to chartership. You will have a strong knowledge of the Construction/building industry and previous experience conduction Red Book valuations.
