Overview
Agile Delivery Manager / Project Manager with proven skills in project delivery of cross functional agile team / 3rd party development resources with a mix of agile delivery, and project management skills to work closely with the stakeholders and platform owner is required by ecommerce giant to be ensure all aspects of delivery and optimisation of the team for their Salesforce Community Cloud and Warehouse Management systems. This role will initial be based from home given the current restrictions on travel and the Coronavirus. As an Agile Delivery Manager / Project Manager you will have Extensive experience working with agile teams, including experience with SCRUM and Kanban Experience of coaching / mentoring / optimising cross functional teams Experience of project management of third party development partners Experience building empowered and self-organising teams An understanding of modern software development practices and techniques (e.g. TDD and BDD) Experience demonstrating the value of delivery Experience applying measures to support process improvement Strong communication and facilitation skills Communication with Stakeholders - various forms Extensive experience using JIRA or equivalent tools The Following Would Also Be Desirable as an Agile Delivery Manager / Project Manager Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud or Warehouse Management Systems / WMS Experience delivering solutions around online customer community systems, customer digital experience, customer self service, CMS etc An understanding of build/deployment pipelines and associated tooling Experience delivering solution based on third-party product and green-field development Managing the delivery of a delivery scrum team third parties you will partner with the Product Owner and other delivery teams to define the roadmap.
