But realistically, are you going to get it where you are now? Here's something that you need to look at. This company has experienced the kind of growth that they all dream about. They’ve successfully launched a number of new funds and there’s no plans to stop any time soon. I’m looking for a solid Senior Fund Accountant/Finance Manager with the genuine potential to step up to be the next Fund controller here. Reporting directly to the partner, you’ll be responsible for a number of funds, all at various stages of their life cycles. You’ll own the full finance function for the PE funds and the Investments (LPs). The headlines: Ensure all internal and external reporting across the portfolio Coordinate valuation process Prepare drawdown and distribution notices Prepare Waterfall models Monitor unfunded commitment and cashflow forecasts Act as the main point of contact for the Private Equity team, Group finance and investor relations on all things related to the funds. About you: You’ll have qualified with ACA or ACCA at least 4-5 years ago with all first time passes You need impressive academics, through A levels and university (2:1 or higher from a top university) Strong PE Fund experience, specifically with LP structures You will be ambitious and confident with good interpersonal skills If you’ve read this far and it all makes sense, let’s have a chat.
